Okay, so I understand that beliebers are upset with him because he said he's going to make his page private but what started this whole thing? People have been upset with him for awhile and I just don't get why? Is it cause he wants to date this girl? She's just a girl, right? I'm not meaning to offend anyone by any of this I just truly don't know and don't get it.
